From April 15 to 17, 2025, our CEO, Paolo Bonini, attended Abu Dhabi Global Health Week 2025, a major initiative led by the Abu Dhabi Department of Health to bring together global leaders, innovators, and visionaries to shape the future of healthcare and life sciences in the region.
The primary goal of Abu Dhabi Global Health is to become a platform for collaboration, innovation and sustainable progress, cementing Abu Dhabi’s position as a global nexus of health and wellness and a leading voice in the global healthcare narrative. At the 2025 edition, attendees anticipated emerging vulnerabilities in global health, shared essential insights and perspectives, showcased the latest technological breakthroughs, and crafted a clear, actionable plan to shield communities worldwide from these challenges. Moreover, during the event, it was announced that a cluster of life sciences facilities focused on health, endurance, longevity and medicine has been launched in Abu Dhabi’s Masdar City to create thousands of jobs by 2045.
For oloBion, a company specialized in cutting-edge omics analysis, the event represented a prime opportunity to connect, forge collaborations, and explore new frontiers in omics technologies, precision medicine, and sustainable healthcare, while showcasing how our state-of-the-art solutions are advancing health, medicine and biotechnology.
Today, around 50 companies, including InSilico Medicine, Hayat Therapeutics, Reparex Labs and Attentive Sciences, and initiatives like M42 and Emirati Genome Programme, are part of Masdar City’s life sciences cluster. As a rapidly growing global company, we aspire to join this community of innovators in the near future.
