In October 2025, oloBion took part in BIOSPAIN 2025, one of Europe’s leading biotechnology partnering events, held 7–9 October at Fira de Barcelona.
BIOSPAIN once again highlighted Barcelona’s role as a major innovation hub, bringing together over 2,400 attendees from 1,065 organizations across 34 countries, with 250 exhibitors, 140 investors, and around 4,500 partnering meetings over three days.
A week of partnering, visibility, and new opportunities
For oloBion, BIOSPAIN was a valuable opportunity to:
- connect with biotech and life-sciences innovators,
- explore new collaborations with industrial and scientific partners, and
- strengthen relationships that help translate cutting-edge omics into real-world applications.
Showcasing oloMAP® was a key part of our presence. We believe omics technologies create value only when they are accessible, interpretable, and usable by non-specialists. That’s why we continue to evolve oloMAP®, our proprietary platform designed to streamline the processing, visualization, and interpretation of complex multi-omics datasets. By helping users move from data → mechanism → impact, oloMAP® supports clearer biological narratives and more confident, evidence-based decisions across nutrition science, health research, and biotechnology.
Strengthening the NUTRIALITEC ecosystem was another important focus. BIOSPAIN provided an ideal context to reinforce collaboration and accelerate momentum across NUTRIALITEC, where oloBion contributes to omics-driven analytical capabilities and digital tools that facilitate effective knowledge transfer and adoption. We’re proud to be part of this collaborative ecosystem and to keep pushing the frontier of omics-powered innovation, from advanced analytics to meaningful impact on food systems innovation aligned with sustainability and quality objectives.
