oloBion at Vitafoods Europe 2025: Driving Omics Innovation for Functional Analysis of Nutraceutical Ingredients

Vitafoods Europe 2025

Last week, the oloBion team took part in Vitafoods Europe 2025, the leading international event dedicated to the nutraceutical industry, which this year was held in our home city of Barcelona.

As a laboratory specializing in metabolomics, proteomics, and lipidomics, we shared with the scientific and industrial community how our cutting-edge mass spectrometry–based technology and proprietary oloMAP® platform are transforming research in health, personalized nutrition, and the microbiome.

During the event, we had the opportunity to forge new strategic partnerships, explore synergies with companies across the nutraceutical sector, and demonstrate how our omics services can accelerate the development of innovative products—from dietary supplements to evidence-based functional solutions.

“Events like Vitafoods bring us closer to our clients, help us better understand their challenges, and enable us to propose solutions grounded in high-quality omics data with strong biological relevance”, said Sandra Yeste, Director of Translational Omics at oloBion.

We thank everyone who stopped by to meet us. If you were not able to attend and would like to learn more about how we can help you deepen your understanding of your ingredients’ impact on metabolism, the microbiota, or human health, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
